Active Safety
BSLBATT's Active Safety features incorporate a Battery Management System(BMS) for each module that reports to the battery Operating systems supervisor (BosS) for continuous monitoring. Both technologies are developed in-house to increase the focus on safety mechanisms.
Passive Safety
BSLBATT batteries were developed to include a printed circuit board sandwich design with ultrasonic wire-bonding technology. This innovative construction prevents failure propagation and thermal runaway events. Active Balancing
Active balancing technology measures and controls the cell voltage within the battery during charging with the help of BSL's unique equalizer through a high balancing power(3-5A) current. This feature prolongs battery life and maintains its performance for years after using the BSLBATT battery.
USB-OTA Technology
A USB-OTA device transmits data wirelessly to a remote device, allowing updates, configurations, or programming changes to be sent and applied without access to the device.
ENDURANCE TECHNOLOGY
When the forklift is low on power during material handling or on the road, the single-cell voltage will show 2.8v and stop working. Activating the endurance button will allow the forklift to continue to operate for 20 minutes. By preventing our customers from dropping their
lifted loads in mid-air or driving them into the middle of the road.
