Lithium batteries have been proven by many users for their tangible value. 1. Reduce labor costs and time waste. Operators can work more continuously. Because Li-ion batteries do not require routine maintenance, do not add steaming water and do not waste time charging. Or change the shift every 8 hours, don't waste time waiting for the battery to cool down after charging.


2. Reduce electricity bills because the energy efficiency of lithium-ion batteries is 30% higher than that of traditional lead-acid batteries.


3. Reduce battery power. Because the service life of lithium-ion batteries is 24 times that of traditional lead-acid batteries, it has more than 3750 charging cycles, and can be used or charged at any time without waiting (opportunistic charging), so please charge the battery first. It can be charged during break or lunch time. So no need for a backup battery


4. Reduce charging time, facilitate charging, and break all traditional restrictions. Since the charging speed of lithium-ion batteries is 8 times that of traditional lead-acid batteries, they can be quickly charged even in very cold weather.


5. Reduce downtime The performance of conventional lead-acid batteries can be reduced by up to 20% when the power level drops, but lithium-ion batteries can continue to work for a longer time with stable performance. And maintain better performance than lead-acid batteries in cold areas


6. Since lithium ion batteries do not release toxic fumes or carbon dioxide, accidents are reduced and there is no risk of acid leaking from the battery. And there is no need to replace the battery as frequently as before, thereby reducing the risk of moving or replacing the battery. Accident insurance premiums reduced


7. Reduce waste. Disposal of lithium-ion batteries does not require frequent replacement of batteries like traditional lead-acid batteries. As a result, the remaining battery capacity that needs to be processed is reduced by 70-80%


8. Reducing space management Li-ion battery helps to improve cleanliness. Since there is no need to add distilled water, the possibility of distilled or acidic water leaking from the battery is eliminated.


9. There is no need to invest in expansion areas to reduce the investment in battery charging rooms. And related equipment, such as cranes, lifting tables, and battery brackets, reduce the labor and time costs of replacing batteries.


10. Reduce the cost of managing battery power. The driver can use the rest time to charge the battery. Even if the static charging time is as short as 15 to 30 minutes, the battery can always be 100% ready, while ordinary lead-acid batteries cannot be charged during sleep. When the power level is reduced, the work efficiency will be reduced by as much as 20%. A battery that runs out at midnight can be fully charged before 3 am.
