How do the Equalizing Port, USB-OTA technology, and One Click Battery Life work?

There may be a question in your mind as to what these three technologies are. After two or three years of use, the voltage between each string of batteries may differ. The battery will be unable to function normally if there is too much difference! This unique equalizing port works actively and passively, with a high balancing power (3-5A), and only takes 60 minutes to balance in cyclic applications, with no impact on charging time. Nonetheless, it will double the lithium battery's service life and maximize its autonomy.


A USB-OTA device transmits data wirelessly to a remote device, allowing updates, configurations, or programming changes to be sent and applied without access to the device.

BSLBATT forklift battery


Additionally, the BSLBATT cold storage series forklift lithium battery is designed for the cold storage industry. The PE insulation cotton covers each antifreeze forklift battery module. A PTC heating plate is at the bottom of the forklift battery module. To achieve the best charging effect and ensure that the module can discharge at a normal rate even at low temperatures, the PTC element heats the module below 5 degrees Celsius until it reaches 25 degrees Celsius. For IP67 protection, the battery housing is equipped with a carbon iron metal shell. To prevent water intrusion, the charging and discharging plugs feature reinforced waterproof cable connectors with built-in sealing rings. These connectors are completely dustproof and can be immersed in 1-meter deep water for 60 minutes. A unique silica gel desiccant is placed in the forklift battery box to solve the issue of internal condensation that may occur when operating in a cold storage environment. The battery management system (BMS) monitors battery health and prevents short circuits and overcharging, as well as new glue channels and screw-lock housing to keep contaminants out.
